Charles Doxey 1936-2020

March 21, 1936 - November 18, 2020

 

 The road was understandably hard for Charles 

after his wife of over 60 years passed away.  

Charles experienced several concurrent illnesses 

and was isolated in the hospital for weeks 

without visitors due to rising COVID19 counts in the area.  

We were all grateful he could finally come home, 

via Home Hospice, for his final days.  

He passed away peacefully, 

relieved to be home and with people who loved him.

A burial is anticipated to take place in Freeport, Illinois in the fall of 2021.
